Consulting Projects
Investment: Custom quote based on needs and resource allocation
Highly recommended for most mid-sized and larger clients – with annual revenues ranging from $10m to $200m – who have tried other “solutions” without realizing PRG improvement. Other failed solutions may include sales training, market research, website refreshes, and traditional marketing.
- Each company has unique revenue challenges, and that reality demands two qualifiers: a longer-term engagement, and intentional customized solutions. With more people, processes, and obstacles present versus small companies (i.e. more variation, statistically speaking), a deliberate and proven approach is executed to move carefully through each Third Door core component to ensure success.
- Goals, metrics, and measurements are agreed upon at the outset of the engagement, providing the necessary scorecard to guide the project to ultimate success.

Revenution Workshops
Investment: $895/person | 1.5 days | Schedule driven by demand | Capped at 12 participants (six minimum)
Unlike Full Day Whiteboard Sessions and Consulting Projects, where the client receives one-on-one coaching, Revenution Workshops are a combination of classroom training and the active design of an effective Third Door action plan (to be executed immediately after workshop completion).
- Each participant is exposed to our seven-step proprietary model, and while there is always a spirited group dynamic, only a limited amount of time can be spent on each individual company’s specific revenue growth challenges.
- However, the strategic revenue growth plan that each attendee creates allows for a blueprint – customized PRG framework – to follow once back at the office. To maintain momentum and PRG progress, we suggest either continuing with a formal project engagement or the joining of a group Huddle (see above and below).

Monthly Third Door Huddles
Investment: $250 per company attendee per session | 2 hours, once per month | Limit of 6 participants per Huddle
Driven by popular demand, and requiring successful completion of one of the above three services, these interactive, multi-company group sessions launch in September 2011. With Sean Stormes facilitating, here’s some of what you can expect:
- Fortified by previously acquired Third Door common language and methodology, each executive group will “Huddle” once each month, working through their respective, ongoing PRG initiatives.
- Drawing from a powerful group dynamic – and with a shared purpose – leaders will benefit from new ideas and thoughts on strategy advancement.
- Each Huddle will follow a consistent, proven agenda designed to drive desired results. Agenda components include – but are not limited to – self-education and personal development (books, audio programs, 3rd party seminars, etc.); individual progress updates; introduction to new Third Door tools; Sean Stormes-led training; occasional local speakers; and, of course, working through each leader’s specific PRG agenda.
